Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Support services will be withheld in the event of delinquent invoices (over 30 days) until such payment is received.

Technical Edge, Inc. can assist you with hardware purchases from any manufacturer. However, the warranties are the Manufacturer's responsibility and Technical Edge, Inc. is not responsible for any defective hardware.

Custom software purchased from us, installed by us, and with training provided by us is accompanied by thirty (30) days free phone support from Technical Edge, Inc. All software sold carries a written warranty from the software publisher that is guaranteed by the individual corporation.

It is the policy of Technical Edge, Inc. to act in good faith in meeting contracted obligations. It is also the policy of Technical Edge, Inc. to maintain confidentiality with regard to our client's data and information.
